Question:
I saw Optiwave’s video on Youtube about simulating surface plasmons. I am interested in the bow tie design, could you provide the project file for that example? In the end I want to be able to model the effect of surface plasmonic resonance on localized heat change.

Thanks for watching our Youtube videos. I have attached an example file for simulating a bow tie design. You can model heat absorption in OptiFDTD by just making sure you simulate in 3D. It is easy to extract the absorption information from the Analyzer.
