Hello everyone,
For a simple optical communication system i found that BER value deviates even for the same parameters …. Why does my Ber deviate for every simulation I perform ?
Any particular reason behind this ?
Someone please help..

HELLO RAHUL..
As far as your query is concerned i would suggest you to uncheck the “generate random seed” option.. That would help to some extent..Thank you…

Hi Rahul,
I agree with Fayiqa… Try to uncheck the “generate random seed” option… It will surely help..

HI RAHUL..
I want to mention here that it is not always true.. Your results may vary even after disabling the random seed.. But i can say that they won’t vary to the extent they used to.. I suggest you to try this first and keep checking the results accordingly. I hope this will help you..
Regards
Hi all,
Yes I agree with Fayiqa that the results may vary even after disabling …There wont be a huge variation though… Agreed
