  Hi everyone,
  Can everyone explain to me the Eye Diagram in OptiSystem? Figure is attached.
  Min.BER is called as good when its value is how much?

  Hello,
  when you get BER 0, it means no received bit is wrong. However, practically and depending on the data rate, the BER can be 1E-12, 1E-9, or even 1E-3 when error correction codes are used.
