Adding Scilab/bin Folder to System Path

I got an error while trying to run your Scilab co-simulation samples (Scilab OSA and Scilab BER Analyzer).
The error read like “…. unable to load ‘call_scilab.dll’…”

I guess I have to add the “Scilab/bin” folder to the system path. May I know how to do this in Optisystem 13?
