Hello Mohammed,
You may use VB scripting to do that, or you may use the report page. You can drag the desired results from the components in the Project Browser docker into the report page and use the grid or figure features in the page.
There is an example on VB scripting to sketch the BER results versus SNR located at the following link in OptiSystem Example Library.
