You have two options for that.

1. Set a parameter for the tilting angle and perform a parameter sweep on that parameter. From there you would obtain a series of simulations you could post process.
2. Write a script that tilts the source within a for loop (effectively a parameter sweep) but from the script you could do much of your post processing.
