This issue was resolved by emails with IT department using the following the steps:
please download “vcredist_x64.exe” by following the link: https://files.optiwave.com/index.php/s/nBxZBQYAeRQ9zxF
The password: “9Puj8xNEGyx3NgT” (without the quotes).
This is a Microsoft redistributable needed by “Optiwave Shared Components” and the shared components are needed by OptiSystem. After downloading please run the downloaded exe file. If there are no errors in the previous step then uninstall the OptiSystem and Optiwave Shared Components and reinstall the OptiSystem.
