Unfortunately we don’t support OptiSystem 7. However, you may download a 30-days free trial of OptiSystem 17 from Optiwave’s website (https://optiwave.com/members/akatieh/evaluation-license-downloads/). If you did download it already, you need to use another computer to download it again.
I am not sure what could be the problem. You need to email me your project as a zip file to ahmad.atieh@optiwave.com. I’ll check it out and provide feedback. Meanwhile, you need to make sure that you have version 17 because my response will be using this version and you’ll not be able to open it using version 7.
