did you install OptiSystem free trial on the same computer before? if yes, you’ll not be able to install again. You need new computer to install the software. This is set by the company.
if it is not, please take screen shots and email them to eric.tubby@optiwave.com, he is Optiwave’s IT expert. Please explain the issue and copy me at the email (ahmad.atieh@optiwave.com).
