aabid is right ur snapshot of the eye diagram is not posted…plz upload it again as it is not visible..
u must upload your osd file because it will be more convenient that way only…maybe we could rectify the errors you are making..You can work upon the suggestions provided by aabid in the above comment and see how your circuit works…and i hope your results will improve but try uploading the osd file..
