I have checked the rx vs BER for the file i have attached above N.osd and i got that waterfall like graph which was refereed by you above.Also i haven’t changed seq. length ,i just kept it at 128 and plotted for different wavelengths received BER.As attached in snapshot attached.However there is minor discontinuity in channel three plot but roughly it is ok.
