Now things are more clear,if you are not getting eye diagram for 1590,1590.8,1591.6 and 1592.4 nm then there is some problem.i will check that but as far as i obsered system was right.however i have just checked for first wavelngth .
As far as AWg is concerned it is only to route different wavelengts to diff. Output ports,if you not use this then wdm pon for both the direction is i think difficut( i am not saying impossible) but as far as i know for using diff. Wavelengths for upstream and downstrea m you need to use AWG.
However as your system depicted ,you have used 1310nm for all the upstream transmitters then obviously it implies that it is TWDM pon,but you havnt used any dynamic y sekect to set the time among different transnitter for upstream.
