Thanks for your reply, I would like to model a Micheson interferometer and Raman interferometer to study the cells reaction vs a drug for Alzheimer, the interferometry will also study the width variation of the vessel and the neuron activity. I know that I can build it in the lab and use raytracing. However I was asking myself if i could design the system with several lasers hitting examples of cells and analyzing the absorption in Raman and refection in OCT , and build an 3D spectral distribution.
Any ideas?
