I’ve communicate with you through email. However, here are the possible steps to resolve the issue.
You need to reboot the computer after installation.
Please try:
• Uninstall all versions of OptiSystem from your computer (we are note sure whether you have another version on your computer)
• Reboot
• Manually delete all OptiSystem folders from “Program Files/Optiwave/” folder
• Install OptiSystem again
• Reboot
