  Hello,
  
  I am currently trying to evaluate Optisystem 21. Whenever I try to open an example the software experiences a hard crash (no warnings or messages). I though maybe this was an activation issue, since there were no instruction to activate the evaluation software. but i don’t even get a ressponse to selecting [Help]->{About].
  
  Specs: OS is Windows 10 Enterprise (64-bit, Build 19045), processor is 2.5GHz i7 and 32G of RAM.
  
  Can you help me with this issue? I would like to evaluate the software. Thank you.

  Hello Duane,
  I’ve communicate with you through email. However, here are the possible steps to resolve the issue.
  
  You need to reboot the computer after installation.
  
  Please try:
  • Uninstall all versions of OptiSystem from your computer (we are note sure whether you have another version on your computer)
  • Reboot
  • Manually delete all OptiSystem folders from “Program Files/Optiwave/” folder
  • Install OptiSystem again
  • Reboot
