The sequence length has a little affect on bit error rate. If you increase the sequence length your design will become more accurate which provides chances of slight decrease in BER. I hope you will agree to my point. Thanking youWith Regards

Thank you for supporting my answer. I really think that the larger we chose our bit sequence the more accurate our results are because the probability of error decreases this way. Anyway nice discussing with you people.
