I believe u can simply choose the mentioned components and make the required design and regarding the parameters of DDF and DSF i believe the parameters in which changes have been made is specified in the figure itself. I thinks the person who has designed it would have specified the changes he has made in parameters and they seem evident in the figure itself.

I would suggest u to go through the paper whose link Naazira has provided in the previous comment as in this paper it clearly shows how a soliton pulse generated by DSF should look like. I believe u might get the precise guidance about whether the results u get is the soliton pulse or not. Hope it helps.
