The polarization state of the lasers has to be correctly changed to combination of both x and y. Default lasers have only an x polarization, so to include some y polarization change the Azimuth parameter in the Polarization tab to 45 degrees.
Alternatively you could change the way the polarization splitters and combiners are angled, but then it would make your visualizers difficult to read because your signals would be mixed in both x and y.
