Yes but for layout 3 and optical fiber lenght of 220 km. I have BER around 2.30 e^-45. I think that it is too good BER.Do you share my opinion ?

Not exactly. I think that BER Analyzer gives too good results. I got BER about e-30 for 200 km long link.

I have made it but my system works up to 1,2 km. Am I right that it is too short ? Dispersion destroys my signal very much.

Yes but I set optical fiber length to 160 km. I got very bad graph of constellation and very good BER (about 10^-30).
