Hey, I’m sorry to have to ask for this. Just because i need to prove the Asymmetric Spectral Broadening effects of XPM in Optisystem. But i tried to do the same as in https://optiwave.com/resources/applications-resources/optical-system-xpm-induced-asymmetric-spectral-broadening/
but….i can not get the result Asymmetric Spectral Broadening by this guide topic. So can anyone tell me the detailed parameter of Optical fiber and other elements in this system? A OSD file of this https://optiwave.com/resources/applications-resources/optical-system-xpm-induced-asymmetric-spectral-broadening/ will be the best.
Thankyou very very much.
Hi Dominic,
Thanks for pointing this out. There was a slight error in the example file and attached is a working example (change the Dispersion file type to “Group Delay vs. Wavelength”). The example has been updated for the next release.
Regards,
Damian
