The eye looks relatively OK. There is lots of noise on the one bits. I am not sure the cause as I don’t know your design.
You may need to increase the sequence length to allow more bits included in the eye.
You check the quality by improving the system conditions then move to your desired one. This way gives you a refence on the performance.
