Just installed OptiFDTD 32 bit version – would like to simulate the power reflection due to the stack of a pair of dielectric coatings on a waveguide (see attached image). A 2D model in the plane of the attached image is sufficient for me to start with before I move to 3D.
I want to look at the effect of the stack pairs on the power reflectivity. Is there any option in OptiFDTD to draw periodic structures, so that I do not have to draw a stack each time I want to check the effect of an addition stack?
Any direction will be very helpful.
Thanks.
