Unfortunately, you can’t load OptiSystem project to the forum. You may send it as a zip file to my email ahmad.atieh@optiwave.com
The problem could be related to the components used in the project. for example erbium-doped fiber doesn’t work at 1700nm. Again, this is an example of possible issues.
