I tried to model visible light communication should i use fso or owc channel..?
Take a look at the Help file for both of these components. Inside the Component Properties box you will find the Help button. They use slightly different models and parameters.
In short, FSO is assumed to simulate for terrestrial applications where as OWC is assumed to simulate for inter-satellite communications.
