These parameters should be identified by the user to have certain output.
in other words, you should enter these parameters to have certain response.

thanks for your reply.In optisystem, uniform FBG has only relection parameter,no parameter like grating length,chirp parameter?then how can it change.

there are other FBG components you can use and change these parameters. you can use Fiber Bragg grating (not uniform one). SO you can change its length and chirp parameters. Just notice Uniform FBG should not have a chirp parameter. So please try FBG not uniform one.
