Unable to create a new file

A freshly installed OptiSystem 23 can’t create a new file,
It shows two pop-ups saying “Failed to add new report” and “Failed to add report control”
This is the free evaluation and I can’t evaluate anything. The samples work although a bit laggy. I don’t know if it’s a version thing or because of my computer. I wish this to be fixed soon
