Hello,
I want to observe the pulse broadening due to TOD in smf at 2030km by varying bit rate.I attach the simulation file below.what changes I can do in that? I am useing the optisystem 13
Are you only interested in TOD or do you also want to look at self phase modulation, amplifying etc. Your project file contains many other components that are not necessary for viewing the effects of third order dispersion.

Did you consider the case of estimating the non-linear effects in your scheme first (since they will appear in your scheme anyways)? I’d recommend to do that and obtain the TOD broadening from comparison of these results and your final observation.
