Please let me know how to calculate Time-bandwidth Product (TBP) from frequency of a optical bandpass filter???

Dear Muhammad,
you may try to use phase modulator and polarization rotator to setup the layout in OptiSystem. You don’t need the PMF as it has no special features (dispersion, etc…) that is needed in the experiment.
