When using OptiSystem, I encounter termination halfway through when attempting to adjust the time window to 8 seconds. How can I resolve this issue? Alternatively, could you please inform me of parameters other than directly adjusting the time window that can be modified to increase the time window while minimizing computational load?

Which version of OptiSystem are you using?
it is difficult to comment on the reason for termination in your project without having it.
One thing is to control is the bit rate and sequence length in the layout parameters. those would affect the simulation window.
