tanh apodization profile is one of the best profiles of Fiber bragg grating for dispersion compensation.i want to know which value or(range of value ) for tanh parameter of fiber bragg grating is best for dispersion compensation.

asif i would like you to refer to the paper the link of which i am posting below. It may be helpful for you. It contains all the mathematical modelling of the tan hyperbolic apodization parameter. You can improvise on the data used in this paper to get optimum values.
