I’m new to Optiwave and FDTD calculations so I have a question about device design. I want to model a nanowire on a flat surface. The nanowire is conical/tapered in shape but I want it to lie flat ( without gaps) on my model substrate. I cannot seem to find a parameter or tool that allows me to tilt the nanowire to lie flat. All I can do is lower the height of it which means that larger end becomes embedded in the substrate which I do not want. I’ve attached an image of the model I want to make. Thank you.
