There is no SQRT component in OptiSystem software. OptiSystem has the View Signal Visualizer that you can get the electric field data as a complex quantity or magnitude and phase. You may implemented the SQRT device using the Electrical Differentiator component in OptiSystem. You may use the Matlab component to code a square root device.
