Hi! I start to use optimode to solve the structure and would like to get the distribution of E and H in three directions. But I couldn’t get the Ez or Hz. I wonder if the software is only for two dimension or I miss any necessary settings. Thanks.
If you happen to have the new version of OptiBPM (13.1). You can use the FEM Mode Solver to calculate the Ez/Hz fields. If not, the FEM Solver should be coming to OptiFDTD in its next release.
