I am interested in simulating wire grid polarizes made of Aluminum or Silver wires. The pitch is about 100-150nm. The thickness is less than 1um. The substrate is glass or plastic (n=1.5). I am interested in the visible and NIR range. Does anyone have an example to share? I need to find out how to calculate polarization efficiency.
