      Dear Optiwave Support Team,

      I hope you are doing well.

      I installed the OptiSystem trial version about one month ago for my academic project. The trial period has now expired. I reinstalled the software using another email address, but it still shows that the license has expired, possibly due to the previous installation being linked to my system.

      I am a student currently working on an academic project, and I urgently need OptiSystem to continue my work. I kindly request you to reset my trial license or provide a temporary academic license/extension so that I can complete my project.

      Your support will be highly appreciated.

      Thanks for trying OptiSystem.
      Unfortunately, we can not extend the trial license beyond 30-days. It is not our policy. If you need the license in order to complete your academic project, I urge you to apply for the student license, which are tailored at subsidized rates. You can speak to your professor/supervisor to assist you with that.
