Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

can optiwave serve in designing and building QAM modulator-demodulator system suitable for VLC , taking into consideration the LED characteristics , non-linearitys , effect of ambient light sources , photodiode characteristic , and performance of the system
how i can build the attached model in optiwave ??
From a glance at the image there this should be fairly straight forward with OptiSystem. There is a free space component that can model that link along with filters and white light sources. It does depend on the exact effects you want to model, but if you have not already I would suggest heading to the evaluation page and trying out the OptiSystem software.
