Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

Hi,
i wish to use Machine Algorithms along with the Optical switches. thus want to know how to integrate the ML code with the python script of the COADM code. Please Help.
Thanks in Advance
Hello Divya,
you may use the Python Component in OptiSystem and include your ML code in it. You may find references on how to use the component and signal structure in Example Library of OptiSystem located at:
C:\Users\xxxxxxx\Documents\OptiSystem 16.0 Samples\PythonScripts
Also, you may find some examples on COADM in OptiSystem example at:
