Hello everybody,
I use to have the same problem many times.
I have made a basic project. I only use a laser, MZM and PD, and I want to compute the BER. I use BER analyzer. I can see clearly the eye diagram, but Min. BER is not computed… I know that it is not 1, maybe 1e-50… I also can see the electrical signal on the Oscilloscope visualizer.
Does anyone know which is the problem?

I think you have other components beside the laser, MZM and PD because I see the eyes is shifted from its center.
