      Hello,

      I am trying to install the OptiSystem tool, and I get an error (attached) “hardlock.sys file (null) processing error.”

      I press OK, then once I try to open a new project I get an error saying ” Error #HS202: License not available: HASP(7).”

      “Could not obtain license. Terminating Application.”

      How do I resolve this? I am currently using the thirty day evaluation.

      Can someone resolve this issue? I tried calling Optiwave, but everyone is away… (North America)

      Hello Sajad,

      Try to uninstall the optisystem, and install it again.

      I have already tried re-installing the software, but no success :(. I really need to get started on working with the tool, but it seems no one has a solution.

      I found another topic similar to this, but I do not know how the OP managed to solve their issue…

        Why don’t you contact the Optiwave technical support and let them know about your problem? you can contact them at support@optiwave.com .

      Thanks for the suggestion! I sent out an email to them and hopefully they will respond.
