I would like to simulate the system shown in the attached paper, the system contains a polarization modulator, I tried many polarization modulators designs but not worked.

Hi Damian, this is the project file. Can you suggest me a design of polarization modulator works at bit rate of 625Mb/s to switch the polarization of light between 0 and 90 degrees?
