hellow everyone
I want to design a optical communication system using polarization modulation, but all the polarization components can not work in high frequency, for example 100MHz, the components(like the liner polarization, polarization rotator,etc.) can only change the parameters before running or iteration every time, so what should I do?
programming using VBscript or matlab on my own?
