I am not clear about your question on the SOA. However, there is a component in OptiSystem called “Polarization Rotator”, which can be used to control the signal polarization.

sir i used linear polarization controller to control the elliptical polarization into linear polarization.i want to change the linear polarization controller ,there is any other element in the place of linear polarization controller.
