Currently I am using Optisystem version 7.
I want to work on PM-QPSK but unable to find PM-QPSK transmitter and receiver.
Another thing for 100Gbps QPSK system, how we can simulate BER of whole system using one BER analyzer?

There is an example (112Gbps Coherent DP-QPSK_Trans with DSP.osd) in OptiSystem Example Library that can be used for your design. It is located at the following link.
