You need to use parameter sweep capability for this purpose. I suggest you go through the following page to see how it can be done. Please ask any specific questions that you have about it then: (The same explanations are also provided in the tutorials, though.)

i suggest you to go through lesson 4 of the tutorial i will be attaching below. As mentioned in above comments you need to sweep length to attain different values of Quality factor. You can also learn about plotting graphs for same which too is mentioned in the tutorial itself.
