I have been running PGB band solver for a structure and what it gives at output is only one band gap but if I look PGB solver again then I think there should be one more band gap between 0.4 and 0.2 but the PGB solver isn’t showing it. So anyone can tell what I’m doing wrong or why it isn’t showing that band gap region.
This is the ss of parameters I set for the PGB solver simulation
TE and TM are switched in FDTD. so you may want to check it by ching TE to TM
sorry for the typo. I mean changing TE to TM
It is not showing any in TM mode.
Try to change resolution to see the hidden PBG
