I am working on polarisation dispersion compensation .i am employing Multicanonical Monte Carlo algorithm on PMD emulator to generate some rare events on the pdf.i am writing the code of Multicanonical Monte Carlo algorithm in MATLAB.please guide me how can i make my emulator work according to this algorithm?
