hello… how can i make a paraller filter in optisystem… should I use fork or splitter..? or use polarization splitter and polarization combiner..?

i want to make parallel filter such as in picture….. what is the best component that i should use in 1 and 2…?
polarization splitter & combiner, power splitter & combiner, serial to parallel converter & parallel to serial converter, using fork.
