I want some explanation on which component to use in this part of OTDM emission
and what the interest of adding time delay

Dear Chakib,
in time division multiplexing, you need to place the pulses from different paths within the same period. That is achieved using the delay elements. You may use the compare optical time domain visualizer to compare the initial and final pulses positions in the period. You must avoid overlap of pulses.
