Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

I want to know how to see the OSNR of converted lightwave after FWM, the version is Optisystem 15.
Hello Shen,
You need to use WDM analyzer component to get the OSNR data.
regards,
Ahmad
Thanks for your reply! But the WDM analyzer can only be used to get the OSNR of specific wavelengths, can I use it to get the OSNR of wavelengths I want? For example, how can I use WDM to get the OSNR of converted lightwave after FWM? I always get the OSNR of signal lightwave and pump. I’m looking for your answer.
regards,
Shen
Hello Shen,
The WDM analyzer is able to calculate the OSNR for more than one wavelength and you can set the wavelength range. You need to access the component properties by right click on the analyzer and select component properties, then set the wavelength range of interest.

Ahmad
