please suggest me where i can find the details of all components which we are using in optisystem?

like multisim when we go to help it gives details of that particular component.

Hi Kadambari,
You can find the detail of the component you are using by double clicking on the object and then click on the help button. You will get the details of the component from there itself.

In addition to the information in help section, you can get some basic information on how a component can be used in a system by taking a look at the OptiSystem samples. There is a folder named “component sample files” where you can find examples from different components, sorted by their library.

I add that you can also look at the .pdf manuals/documents under C:\Program Files\Optiwave Software\OptiSystem 13\documentation
